Having had extensive treatment by Paaras and his team a couple of years ago (which was a total transformation... check out their Instagram site for photos - mine are the ones that went from absolutely dreadful to gorgeous and amazing!) I've recently returned for treatment, despite living miles away. In the interim I've been to other dentists but the service didn't come anywhere close so I'm happy to make the journey; I genuinely couldn't recommend them more highly - they are such a friendly bunch and put even the most nervous of patients at ease.

It was our first time visiting the New Road Dental Practice...From the start, booking an appointment to the end what an amazing service we had for our daughter...Dr Paaras was really amazing and very patient and friendly and made my daughter feel very comfortable that also my daughter said he was one of the best dentist that she had visited...I would highly recommend the practice and Dr Paaras and not to forget the receptionist who were very friendly and welcoming.

I was absolutely terrified of having my wisdom tooth out (having never had a tooth out and hearing other people's 'war stories'). Paaras and his team were amazing and put me completely at ease. The whole process was quick and painless - I did not feel a thing and believe my words after were 'was that it?'. The recovery afterwards was also absolutely fine with no issues or pain. If you are anxious about going to the dentist - do not be when it comes to New Road Dental!

I am a new patient to New Road Dental practice and Nimesh. My experience to date has been absolutely fantastic. I came as a very disheartened patient who thought their teeth were beyond saving. Also with not enough knowledge about how to care for my gums. I now have a dental plan in place that is at a lower cost than I anticipated due to the knowledge experience and skill, I believe of Nimesh I have been bowled over by how kind and patient he is and the willingness to do what ever it takes to fix my smile, even recommending a gum specialist so I get the very best treatment The ladies on reception must be mentioned, they are very welcoming and professional. I am at the beginning of my journey but cannot recommend this practice enough.

Mainly been seeing Paaras at the practice for over a decade now but have also seen a couple of the other members of the team and have had a high level of service at all times. One of the best things about the practice in general is their use of high-end technology to ensure that they are always using the best tools for the treatment. I recently moved abroad but still use the practice fitting in appointments when in the UK as I simply do not trust anyone else to deliver to the high standard provided by Paaras and his team. J

Dr Jinita Popat was extremely thorough in achieving a great result on a replacement filling for me. Her attention to detail was excellent, and I am very happy with the end result , especially as it was on a front tooth. Highly professional- and I would highly recommend Dr Popat and the surgery to my friends- which is always my rule of thumb. (I was so relaxed during the procedure I actually fleetingly fell asleep!)

I've been a patient for over 10 years and can not fault the practice. In that time I have had a filling, a crown, seen the hygienist and kids have seen the dental nurse educator. I have always been dealt with with respect and courtesy. Treatment options have always been explained in detail and costs (while obviously not welcome) seem reasonable. Thanks all

I grew up in an era where dentists drilled and filled and didn’t use any anaesthetic, as a child I had 4 teeth taken out, most molars filled and fixed metal ring braces on my top and bottom teeth and was nicknamed Jaws (from the Bond movies) at school. Then in my early 20s I had to have all of my wisdom teeth out. Throughout my adult life I have had teeth break and then 2 root canal operations and a crown! So as you can see I am not exactly a fan of dentists, so much so that I didn’t go to a dentist for over 10 years. When my crown came off I asked a work colleague where she went and she recommended New Road Dental. I called and explained that I was extremely nervous and hadn’t visited the dentist in years. I almost didn’t turn up for my appointment, I just wanted to run away but I knew I had to have the crown put back on. I was put at ease and the procedure was so quick and over in no time at all, nothing hurt! I agreed to make an appointment with Dr Hema Pankhania, she is absolutely amazing and although I was a quivering wreck with tears in my eyes she was so gentle and took her time to explain everything to me and allowed me time to calm down and relax, something I thought I would never do in a dentists chair! I had to go back for an appointment to repair a broken tooth and filling, it was a long procedure but Hema was fantastic and I can honestly say I didn’t feel a thing! She then recommended that I visit Sam the hygienist, well that was another traumatic event to come for me but Sam was also fantastic so understanding and didn’t make me feel foolish as I was actually crying I was so nervous! She took everything slowly, explained everything, allowed me breaks if I needed to sit up and for the first time in years my teeth actually felt clean and fresh and comfortable. I can honestly say I don’t exactly look forward to visiting the dentist! but now I am able to cope so much better than ever before thanks to Hema and Sam. I have now moved out of the area but will still visit them for my dental treatment, even though it’s now a 350 mile round trip! If you have any fears about going to the dentist or haven’t been for years then do contact New Road Dental, everyone is amazing from the minute you walk in and talk to the receptionists to the dentists and hygienists and nurses. Going to see the hygenist isn't something you look forward to but seeing Sam every few months is an absolute pleasure. She's great to talk to, always laughing and puts you at ease.

I've not been to the dentist in 15+ years due to a bad experience but having visited New Road Dental I will not leave it soo long next time. Dr Dhanani and his team made me feel at ease and talked me through what they were going to do. As they were aware of of my past experience they kept checking with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with them to proceed. 2 Fillings and a hygienist visit later my teeth are now in a good condition again and I have even booked a follow up appointment in a months time to review everything. I can't recommend New Road Dental practice enough, thank you soo much guys.

Dental hygienist Julia expertly cleaned and polished teeth with free tips and advice on how to brush teeth more effectively. Receptionist Silvie was also helpful. Highly recommend the friendly and dedicated service they offer.

I signed up for Invisalign with Dr Raoul Patel at the New Road, Croxley Green Practice. I managed to start when they had a reasonable discount and the treatment plan was exactly as had been outlined. I am very pleased with the end result and am now in the retention stage. I would definitely recommend the Invisalign process and Dr Raoul Patel who was infinitely patient with my endless questions both in person and via email.

I have been going to New Road Dental for almost four years. I have needed four fillings over that time and I have to say I could not be happier with the service I have received. Everyone is very friendly and professional, every procedure is clearly explained before hand. I have a phobia of hypodermic needles and they have been so accommodating of that, every time I have needed to have an anaesthetic, making sure I am comfortable and feel safe. I moved half an hour away from the area almost two years ago but continue to make the drive to New Road Dental whenever I need to see a dentist as I know they will be kind and that the results will be impeccable. I can't recommend them enough.

I recently completed my last course of treatment, 2 broken teeth repaired with caps and i was so pleased with the result and I must compliment Dr Dhanani for his friendly and caring way he treats his patients, I have never had any pain during all the treatments I have had over the last couple of years. I avoided going to a Dentist for many years through being too scared. I finally signed up to this Dentist and i am so pleased i did! Signing up is straightforward. My Dentist Dr Nimesh Patel is outstanding, really kind, skilled and reassuring. My hygienist Sam is fantastic, so kind, friendly and knowledgable. Dr Raoul Patel has done a fantastic job helping me straighten and whiten my teeth. He recommended the Invisalign system, and it has worked out brilliantly. I saw him every 6 weeks or so as the retainers gently moved my teeth. It was my 40th birthday present to myself...and I'm delighted. Highly recommended!!

Dr.Hema.Pankhania (the singing dentist) and her assistant are without question the best dental team I've come across in my 50 years. Had several minor treatments but yesterday was a root canal, no pain what so ever great job. Hema makes you feel at ease the minute you walk in, she's constantly checking that you feel ok and takes time to explain exactly what the procedure entails. Her singing / humming is an added bonus.

I visited the team here on a Saturday as I needed to see a Dentist pretty quickly. With ease, I registered and made my appointment online. I am a VERY nervous patient and I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing team of people but most importantly Dr Paaras - he put me at ease straight away and didn't make me feel silly. I have been to both of their surgeries and everyone I have come into contact with has been truly amazing and so lovely. If you are reading this review as a guide to the practice - stop! I went for a check up Monday afternoon, had treatment on Wednesday morning so can't fault the service. I'm absolutely fine with everything but the needles and Dr Zoe put me at ease and I can honestly say that it was by far the least painful dentist appointment I have ever had. She and her assistant kept me at ease throughout the whole treatment. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been using this dentist for many years now and after a change in dentist a few years ago I was a little worried, however Hema is by far the best dentist I have ever had. She puts you at ease and always checks that you are ok throughout any treatment. After the practice advising they were going private patients only ive only decided to stay because of the care and treatment from Hema.

Amazing clinic that takes up the challenges. Would be too much of a long story to explain the complications we were looking to solve. The bottom line is we called more than a dozen places trying to find someone who could take up the works and everyone would reply the same: 'Nowhere in the UK will you find someone to deal with this kind of implant'. Really? You don't say! We particularly like people who take up challenges and don't put 'no' as a foreword in everything they are doing. This is how we reached New Road Dental with an atitude such as 'there is always a solution and we'll find it'. It is how we met Dr. Paaras Dhanani and his team. An extraordinary doctor, caring, perfectionist and nevertheless very knowledgeable. We can't thank enough for his kindness and responsible care he treated us with. He is not afraid of chalenges, he knows what he is doing and he doesn't know how to give up until he makes you well 🙂 - which in our opinion makes him one of those rare people who will go the great lengths others will ever only dream of. Everyone at New Road Dental is so lovely and make the practice such a pleasant place to go to (when going to the dentist is not always the most pleasant experience anyway). My dentist Jinita goes above and beyond to make sure all my little worries are dealt with and I always feel happy and informed before I leave. I had to have a tooth taken out and two fillings. I hate needles!!! Normally I start crying before anything happens!! However with Dr. Paaras Dhanani, he was reassuring, made sure I knew what was happening, checked I was okay. I didn’t feel anything!!! He was brilliant!!! Something I thought would be a terrifying experience was actually very smooth and calm!! I chose to straighten my tooth with Invisalign , after 1 year I am very happy with my smile right now , actually I am delighted about how things worked for me . Dr Paaras is amazing , and with just perfect attitude , made me feel comfortable , and every time I left the dental room I was hapy with them . I got free tooth whitening, and I feel more confident about my smile . I highly recomand Dr Paaras and the team , and also the girls from reception made everything easy with the appoiments . I'm a very nervous dental patient, but Paaras and his team looked after me very well when having my second implant at the practice. My front tooth was being replaced so it was important that it was done perfectly. It was an unusually long process due to other medical issues, and I finally got my new tooth yesterday. The whole process was pain free. I'm very happy with the result and the professional, caring and understanding attitude of all of the staff. It's great to be able to smile happily again!

Having pretty much only had my Dad as my dentist, going to see someone new made me feel very apprehensive. I was recommended Paaras by a friend of mine so thought I would give the New Road surgery a try. Paaras and his nurse were AMAZING. Really lovely people and they put me at ease immediately. I had two fillings and didn't even feel the injection, no pain throughout and no pain after. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will have no problem going back at all. Best Dentist in town!

I have been attending New Road Dental Practice for a number of years and always received high quality service. I would particularly recommend Paaras and Julia. Paaras has been my dentist since my first appointment at New Road Dental and has always been kind, approachable and enthusiastic. He explains his recommendations thoroughly and has always made me feel at ease during my appointments. I have tried a number of different hygienists at New Road Dental, all of which have been professional and i have no complaints, however for me Julia stands out. I had my first appointment with her today and it was the best hygienist appointment I've had. She is very friendly and the treatment was gentle. I will be looking to book my future hygienist appointments with her.

I've been going to New Road Dental for many years and the experience is always very relaxing, with friendly staff and great service. Paaras always offers great advice and keeps me on top of my dental hygiene. He recently did a filling for me, the whole experience was very easy and he made sure I wasn't nervous at all. I was at the New Road Dental Practice in morning of Saturday 21st January 2017 where I was undertaking hygienist treatment. This was a very good experience because of the way Sam was very thorough in the way she administered the treatment and gave me good advice on how to best look after my teeth. It was very encouraging to be informed that there was a significant improvement in the condition of my teeth since my last visit in November 2016. Janita is a lovely, gentle professional and has turned me from a dental phobic into a woman who almost looks forward to visiting the dentist! Sam, my hygienist, is also excellent. She explains everything very clearly and in detail so I have a much better idea of how to look after my mouth. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
