Meeral is a very friendly and highly experienced orthodontist who divides her time working here and working as a consultant for complex bites in the hospital.

She graduated with honours from Queen Mary University of London and went on to gain experience within several dental specialties including sedation, paediatrics, oral surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery. She was awarded a distinction for her Masters in Primary Dental Care. Given her passion for teaching, she then completed a diploma in Dental Education. Her specialist orthodontic training saw her win prizes for her clinical cases and her research in orthognathic treatment awarded by the British Orthodontic Society. She completed her Masters in Clinical Dentistry before obtaining her specialist (MOrth) and consultant (FDSOrth) titles awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.

Over the years, Meeral has been recognized for teaching and training dentists, therapists and orthodontists. She has given national presentations, notably at the UK Dentistry Show on topics she is passionate about. She is particularly interested in dental photography and uses photos to help patients understand more about their teeth and their orthodontic treatment. Her gentle nature and clinical expertise always ensure patients have an excellent experience and outcome. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and continues to make patients feel fully relaxed and informed about their treatment throughout.
