Cancellation/Broken Appointment Policy
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible in order that it may be offered to someone else. If you miss appointments we may be unable to provide further treatment.
A fee may be charged if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We operate a zero-tolerance policy against rude, aggressive, violence or abusive behaviour towards our staff or patients. Anyone suspected of such will be removed from our lists.
If the patient is registered on the NHS the Primary Care Trust will be informed.
All NHS services reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is rude, abusive or aggressive. Violent behaviour will lead to Police involvement.
